Thanksgiving 2013

Another Thanksgiving is here and we are still living with Blaine's parents. As the holidays have come around I will admit I am really trying not to fall into a depression. I was really hoping that we would be in our own place so that we could be doing OUR little families holiday traditions. That isn't going to happen so I am trying to get over it and move on and make the best of it for my kids.
I found this cute little outfit on Pintrest that I wanted to make for Gracie. I had enough fabric that I made one for Bella as well. For having no pattern and for my 1st attempt I think I did pretty good.

My cute little Turkey. Glad that she let me get at least one picture of her all dressed up. by the end of the night she wanted everything off. My little no hair baby girl.
Gracie enjoyed her Thanksgiving dinner.

I invited my friend Kristen and her family over for the Turkey day events. John her oldest son is great with kids. That poor kid had to have been completely wiped out by the end of the night and giving all these kids shoulder rides and letting them tackle him.

Gracie is obsessed with John. She thinks he is the coolest most interesting person ever.

Some fun happenings

Have some fun cute pictures of my little ones.

Gracie looks pretty comfy in her bed with all her minky blankets around her.

Grandma and I have a tradition of going to Time Out For Women. I love it and if you haven't ever been you are totally missing out. Last year I had to get permission from my OB to go and I had to be in a wheel chair and we couldn't stay for very long. This year was so much better we went to the Friday night session as well as the Saturday classes. Can't wait till next year!!!

Cameron and his crazy sleeping positions when I posted this on FB everyone commented on Blaine's drinks on the side of the bed.

I LOVE this shirt. Irene got it for me I think in Atlanta. I have been waiting for it to fit her and get cold enough to wear it. She looks like such a fashion forward little girl. I hope that she and I have many fun shopping trips a head of us. I know her daddy feels very differently about that.
Ryan is getting glasses. No he really doesn't need them however we are starting Vision Therapy. I did VT my senior year of high school. It is really what helped me graduate. The glasses take off any strain that your eyes may have. VT is a lot of work but I hope that it really helps him. Ryan has a lot of problems with his hadwriting and mixes up letters and looses his place while reading all the time. This is meaning that one eye is doing most of the work. Not really the same as a lazy eye but its similar.

This kid is so flexible his gym teachers love him. I saw him sleeping like this and just thought wow that looks painful and not normal.

Gracie and mommy watching the boys do gymnastics. I couldn't every get a good picture of Ryan cuz he was so far away.

Cameron really doesn't want to jump into the foam pit. His teachers are great with working with him.
Love this cute kid.

This is HUGE for Ryan. Our Primary was doing a live nativity that they where trying to get this movie done for our ward Christmas party. He dressed up like Hollie asked him to. I was so proud of him. He really didn't like this and he really really didn't want to ware the hat so I told him he only had to put it on till it was time to take the picture.

This silly little girl.

These two look pretty comfortable don't they

Ryry took this picture. I was suppose to be putting Gracie to sleep I think that she put me to sleep first.

We where at Sams club and she just couldn't take it any more.

Can you tell that these two are related. She looks so comfy in that shopping cart. Don't look to close at how dirty her feet are we are still crawling.

Naughty Baby! One of the not so fun joys of living with inlaws is the fake trees with the moss plants. I finally got sick of it and put it behind the couch she kept going and going. As you can see by her mouth that is full of the fake moss and the tear in her eye. Don't let her fool you she can turn it off just as fast as she can turn the tears on.

I was invited to Koe's Birthday Dinner Isn't she Cute. Happy Birthday thanks for inviting me.

The Turkey Trot

Every year Field does a Turkey trot. I was so happy to see that Ryan was wearing his hat. This was the first year he did it willingly.

Ryan with his best friend Trevor. Ryan and his turkey hat and his grrrrr face.

The turkey this year got a little lost. The Turkey ended up going to far and ended up at Poston. What was suppose to happen was the turkey was waiting at the finish lines to give all the kids high five. Mr. Nesbit to save the day ended up at the finish line and was giving all the kids a high five. Ryan was the 6th kid to cross the finish line.

Bed Time Stories

This year we went to Bed Time Stories. They moved it into the Library so the kids could actually see and hear. It was so fun and we are so sad that Mr. Nesbit is not going to be there next year.

We could pick two different classes to listen to a story. Ryan wanted to go to Mrs. Vogt who was his 1st grade teacher and Mrs. Ramirez the 6th grade teacher. It was funny and the nice thing is that cuz Mrs. Vogt knows Ryan she warned me that at the end of the book they where going to shoot the class with silly string so to sit in front of him before that happened.

Then we went to Ryan's current teacher Ms. Aimee Munoz and Mrs. Aimonetti to hear what there story was. Ms. Munoz LOVES Hello Kitty so not surprised that she had Hello Kitty Jammies on.

Mrs. Amionetti dressing up like the person in the story the kids thought it was hilarious. The two teacher where cracking up a little as well. What a great night of fun stories.

We LOVE the Fireplace

November was a busy month although it seems like every month is busy.

Kaylee came down from Flagstaff to see her mom we where so excited so that we could see the new baby. Gracie wasn't sure about Tenley but is was pretty cute.

Mommy and Gracie waiting for the boys to build a fire.

Believe it or not it can get cold in Arizona. We have used the fire place a few times this year. I love having a fire and the boys think it is great to help daddy build a fire.

Cameron gets a little nervous when it gets really big. Daddy is always so proud of himself being able to start it with just one match and no newspaper just wood. Yes sweetie you are a great mountain man.

Gracie wasn't happy that they where not letting her help.
